RETURN POLICY

Any order placed can be returned within 21 days of purchase.

ON SALE Items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused merchandise in a sellable condition that you received it in with the original tags. We do not accept returns from 3rd party retailers.

Please allow up to 10 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued!

NINAMOKA is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.

We currently do not generate return labels for shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments & costs.

EXCHANGES & PRICE MATCHING

We do not offer exchanges or price-matching at this time. Please follow the return policy steps for the items you wish to exchange and visit us to submit a new order for your new items.

HOW TO RETURN, PROCESSING & REFUNDS

DOMESTIC RETURNS (Within the U.S.)

Get Your Return Ready

Please click on the MY ORDER link below and follow the prompts to prepare your return. (please note, we currently do not generate return labels for shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.). We will email you a refund notification once this has been processed. Once processed, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect onto your original form of payment.

Please do not combine multiple returns into one package and -in contrast- do not separate a return for one order into multiple boxes. This can cause delays of up to 14 business days in our internal processing procedure. We strongly advise packaging that can contain all the items you wish to return. Be sure to follow the instructions provided to guarantee that your return is processed smoothly.

We will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable shipping charges and any customs, duties, taxes, or additional fees that may have applied to your order) upon receiving your return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All bodysuits, underwear, or items marked "Final Sale" are considered final sales and cannot be returned once purchased. NINA-MOKA.com does not accept returns from third-party retailers.
